    I have been purchasing on eBay since 2008! This experience from this seller was the worst I can remember in the past 17 years! Impossible to rationally deal with. The churn arrived broken. The seller told me it was insured, 10 days later she told it was not insured and the seller said they never said it was insured. If eBay is monitoring this feedback, please read all messages between myself and seller. The last request I made was for a return label, which the seller never sent

    Not what happened. You received the churn with the lid damaged. I thought I had added insurance (which doesn't matter). I asked you to return the lid for repair if you wanted. Because you previously stated that you COULDN'T FIX IT. Then all of a sudden you are repairing it. Once you started all that it became YOURS. You could have started a return (you didn't) but instead I believe you thought you were ENTITLED to some sort of "repair fee." I told you to send it back. That was on you.
