    Item: The Blues Band Bungay Jumpin' Live DVD and CD set. New and sealed, but inside of case broken, effectively making it not as described. Contacted seller to request a partial refund and he point blank refused. He seemed to claim that policy means I either have to return it for a refund or go through Ebay for a refund, which is rubbish. I've had plenty of sellers offer partial refunds over problems. After a promising start with this seller it went downhill quick. Poor attitude.

    Agreed! The buyer had paid the buyer protection fee but chose not to seek the refund and I offered a full refund on receipt of the faulty item.
