Refuse to send new ones. They choosed to refund only half and to get negativ feedback. Very bad comunication and do not want to understand that customer want what was bought,- a new unused product. Sad customer that now has to buy another somewhere else. My first seller in about 18 years on ebay to get negative feedback.
