The horn arrived in good shape, no damage from shipping. It needed servicing by an instrument tech, as I expected, but nothing serious, just cleaning/oiling, felts and cork replacement, etc. No dents or creases. It is a genuine York horn (the scroll work on the bell is lovely), built after WWII in 1948-49 per the serial number. It's a student model, which is what I was looking for. It came with a Bach mouthpiece, also in good condition. The hard case shows some wear, but should last for years.
