The pump was in new condition and didn’t seem to be a refurbished product and it appeared nice and new. The packaging could have been better, like maybe a wooden box stuffed with bubblewrap. The pump got delivered in a cardboard box, which for me seems a bit risky. But other than the packaging it’s great value for the money. Would buy here again.
