I removed the grip thinking the shaft end might be damaged/broken. Turns out there's an plastic extension insert installed that had come loose. When the insert came off, club now measures only 38". Never buying from 2nd Swing again! Gonna need to put a new/different shaft on this club. Just overpaid for essentially a used club head.
