I received a very worn headset, missing a cover, filthy, and overall terrible condition. Requested a return and they accepted on the last day possible. When they received it back, they said to ebay that I returned a different item than what they shipped me. Very unprofessional of them and I expected nothing less of that after my experience. Don't buy from them.
