Ok so I tried to take the battery cover off but the screw was stripped. I googled how to strip a screw and tried all to no avail. He then told me he was in packaging and you can’t ship books with batteries, not true. He said I had no common sense and just send it back. No common sense on how to remove a screw? I thought he was very rude and his comment was not necessary. He wasn’t clear on his description.
