You said the watches were damaged but did not give a breakdown of cost as to how this amount was reached. You declined to send me a label where the items would have been insured as when asked you said it cost $60USD. I contacted EBAY and gave them all the information and they have ensured that the full cost will be reimbursed for the difference. I would not by from you again and given my experience no one else should either

I asked you to provide a label to return but you refused as it would cost you £$60 USD. Fortunately I contacted EBAY and they stepped in to provide a full refund. I would not buy anything else from diggers watches as I still had to pay import tax. Very poor service
