Seller doesn't have good customer service .

The thermal paste had been wiped clean with obvious signs of use. Will test to confirm it actually works. I don't appreciate misleading/dishonest listings. If it were listed as used and I decided to purchase it would not be a problem. This item new runs for 9.99 on Amazon, this was a very disappointing purchase.
