COMPLETELY unacceptable! Big box for a small part, not packed well at all. Item was listed as NEVER INSTALLED tool mark evidence proves otherwise. Incomplete missing a fine tuner washer. No returns. Poor communication. Returns NOT accepted. Poor vendor. Now I have to pay Dave at Fretsonthenet to make custom washers before the bridge will function.
