I’m not sure if these are men’s size 8 or women’s but I am leaning towards assuming that these are a women’s size 8, i’m not sure if you do returns. If not, that’s a bummer. I’ll keep this as a lesson though to get at nine or 8 1/2 if they sell half sizes in Teva.
