My jeweler, to whom I brought them to replace the backs, could have withheld the information and charged me more money for gold backs, but when he tested them (he is a certified gemologist), he is honest and he was also surprised. I believe that I am entitled to a partial refund as the price should be dramatically different, I don't want to return them as new backs are on.

That being said, the metal is t even at minimum sterling. Rey stone is glass. The Certificate of Authenticity is counterfeit. The ring itself already is turning green/black. I tried very hard to contact and resolve the issue with the seller. Their solution was for me to provide them with my bank details and once they received the ring which needed to be returned they would refund me. I think not!

They do not provide you with return label, so I payed for the return myself on June 5th. They ask you for your PayPal account and when you give it to them, they reply with refund done. There is no refund on my PayPal at all. The seller is selling jewelry and a different account names. They’re all the same and they’re all FAKE!! Not the same ring on the sellers picture! (3ed pic is sellers picture)
