The camera was shipped promptly and sent in secure packaging. DHL had obviously dropped the package a few times (as evidenced with the marks on the box) however the camera arrived working with no obvious damage from DHLs carelessness. I would like the seller to do a better job informing the customer on import duty as It was quite costly. Overall good buy.
