Ho chiesto di volermi rimborsare il costo della riparazione di ca. 10 euro, volendo tenere l'oggetto, trattandosi di manufatto artistico. Prima hanno voluto le foto del quadro come arrivato rotto, dicendo che servivano per l'assicurazione, poi hanno preteso la restituzione per non volermi rimborsare il danno, pur sapendo perfettamente che è diritto del compratore scegliere tra il risarcimento o la risoluzione. Squallidi!
