I notified the seller and asked for a partial refund. They said they would organise a full refund, however, I haven’t received anything and when I followed up a few weeks later I received no response.

The item didn't arrive, so I reached out. After several delays and follow ups, the seller finally reported that the item wouldn't pass customs and that they would refund me. I followed up some more and waited a couple days, but haven't gotten a refund or any further response (either of which would only take a minute). I'm not sure what the deal is, but it feels shady.
