Seller told me it was my issue for paying such little shipping. Told me to take it to USPS as it was my issue. He has no refund policy. I had to go through eBay to file a claim. Seller refuse le to take the item and to give me credit. Very irresponsible. Claim writing FRAGILE was enough for the package to be safe. All other was the USPS and my problem. Disappointed

This seller described an item that had been previously broken in numerous places and poorly repaired as "Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks." 2. This seller shipped a ceramic stein measuring 3.5" in diameter in a 3" wide document box with NO wrapping, NO padding or any protection whatsoever. 3. This seller communicated in an agressive, accusatory manner without provication when I uploaded images of the broken item at eBay's request. Sad.
