The seller was prompt in sending the item & came new in the package as described. Unfortunately after upto 11 years in the box the "rubber" that Otter box sourced was quite brittle as was the one corner. I notified the seller of this & without prompting he immediately offered several reasonable options to make amends for something he had little control of. I look forward to having another opportunity to do business with this seller.
