There are a very flat sandal with a little bit of padding and a little tiny arch. It’s not gonna be supportive for your arch. It’s nothing like a real orthotic. There are other options that are better and actually provide support. I’m sorry but this ortorex sandal was a huge disappointment. I wore it literally for an hour and was in pain. From the moment I put it on, I felt no support should’ve just returned it.

I am keeping them though, will stretch them out and sneakers only last a few months anyway. Love shoes with wide toe boxes. So go up a size if like me you're a first time buyer of this brand.
