There are signs of slight rust or oxidation under the base and in the area where the stand connects to the base, suggesting it may be pre-owned. Restored with a quick cleaning. Additionally, the box was taped shut, and neither the box nor the bag inside was sealed. On a positive note, the stand and attachments appear to be in mint condition. Overall, I would rate it a 7 out of 10.
