After contacting the seller they told me to contact support through there companies website off of eBay. After contacting support through there website I am now stuck spending $200 to ship it to the manufacturer to have it RMAed hoping I actually get a replacement. It would have been cheaper to order a new one off of there website directly instead of a "refurbished unit".
