I was sent 4 screws and then a series of argumentative messages, including being lied to that only 4 screws in total come from Cisco, and then being told to use eBay return process. This was a selfish waste of my time. I had also purchased from this seller a couple of weeks before, making the attitude even more incredulous. Never had a complaint about ears before!
