      router arrived but was faulty had to send back received a refund striaght away through Ebay. Ordered the router through Trend direct this time arived the next day and was packed correctly not like the previous one.

      the fault with the router had absolutely nothing to do with how it was packed! it had a faulty roller speed switch which is a trend manufacture issue and not something we would notice before sending!
