    Packaged and Shipped quickly. But the item was NOT as described. The binder was a "homemade" binder. Everything else was as described. This is my fault as well as the vendor. The picture is accurate but I thought and had the impression it was by design. There is nothing mentioned in the ad that it was a "homemade" binder, it just says binder. Just be careful and ask questions if needed to make sure nothing is misrepresented.

    There was no misrepresentation. The photo clearly shows a sticker pack wrapper taped to the front of a plain black binder. No mention of Disney. No Disney logos or markings. I wish people could see the BS reason you gave and the attempted partial refund request.
