I bought it for my granddaughter but on the day I gave it to her, she asked if she could play an electric guitar instead. This company didn't give me an issue about returning it. They were so kind and asked no questions. The refund went without a problem at all! My money was refunded quite quickly. My experience with them was 2 thumbs up. I'd buy from them again.
