They do not provide you with return label, so I payed for the return myself on June 5th. They ask you for your PayPal account and when you give it to them, they reply with refund done. There is no refund on my PayPal at all. The seller is selling jewelry and a different account names. They’re all the same and they’re all FAKE!! Not the same ring on the sellers picture! That being said, the metal is t even at minimum sterling. Rey stone is glass. The Certificate of Authenticity is counterfeit. The ring itself already is turning green/black. I tried very hard to contact and resolve the issue with the seller. Their solution was for me to provide them with my bank details and once they received the ring which needed to be returned they would refund me. I think not!
