The consoles are indeed untested. 4 out of 5 had the batteries but only 1 actually held a charge. about 6 out of the 10 screens had problems. some had screen protectors. It did not have charger or pen like it showed in the picture. The packaging was very good. good value also. There are no custom fees but i think today they started doing 15% for all.
