I contacted the seller, she asked me to send pictures of what I received, but description said shoes could not be returned so I had gotten rid of the box they came in. Second bad experience I have had in less than two months with EBay so no more purchases for me. I kept the shoes because they fit, got taken again, not what I ordered.
