This beautiful dress was originally quite expensive, when suddenly I was sent an offer for $7! Of course I grabbed it and paid. And waited, and waited. Finally I contacted them and was told that they had meant 7%off not $7. I asked for a refund. I asked several times, no reply. Finally I called customer service and they got me my refund.
