    The item was listed as new but was opened. Parts in ziplock bag. Screw to make item actually work was missing. Was not listed as open box. Package came on time and undamaged. I contacted seller and they were rude and unhelpful. Said package was not missing anything and blamed shipping company even though package was undamaged or opened in transit. Threatened to report me to eBay because they thought I was sarcastic in my message. Refuses even partial refund. Would never buy from this seller.
