After taking a better look at the ad I realized that I completely missed the fact that the defects were clearly mentioned and shown in the details. I apologized for my assumption and shortcoming but nonetheless, the sell still issued me a refund immediately and told me to keep the book. Quick response, good packaging, priced fair for quality.
