The original product box for some reason wasn't included in the package, but this didn't bother me. I also am aware that there was literally no packaging at all, and the docking station was just free floating within the box. This isn't really a problem as these docking stations are genuinely built like tanks, but should the box have been damaged by UPS at some point in the process, the cables & potentially the whole thing could've been lost.
