This item was originally £250, yet they still sent it with a broken rear wing and several decals which were either damaged or close to coming loose. Then the non-existent customer service. They tell you to send it back for a full refund - "I don't want to send it back, that's why I bought it!". A simple gesture, "what can we do to make it right". Nope, just rudeness.
