Box was in good condition wrapped by 2-3 layers of bubble wrap. In regards to quality of the card, it visibly looked clean and without any physical problems. Due to my own mistakes, I could not use it due to not having enough space between PCI slot and power supply. If getting this for a SFF OptiPlex 3050, don't. It won't fit.
