Upon contacting seller, they tried to use false information and ChatGPT to claim the item was legitimate. Packaging was awful, basically a bunch of newspapers thrown in a box with a fragile computer. I'm surprised it survived the trip. At least they had the decency to refund me some of the cost but tried to refund the wrong amount initially.
