Quality is perfect as its DJI and appears to be new. Great price for this remote. Shipping was fast. Great product. That said, seller was highly responsive and worked with me to resolve with a positive customer centric focus, which I appreciate. For Mavic 2 Pro users on latest firmware v01.00.0797 getting Code 180 during take off, fix it by downloading DJI GO 4 v4.3.62 APK, saving to a microSD card, and installing it on the Smart Controller. It’s a DJI version mismatch with DJI GO v4.3.54 on device, not a seller issue. Hope this helps others.

The controller was in good used condition as described. It takes about 2 weeks for shipping, but this is not the fault of the seller! This is an honest and trustworthy seller and the remote was an excellent deal.
