They were not helpful. I spent a week waiting for their technician to help me and i was left on read multiple times. I have sent the item back and was not reimbursed for the shipping costs, and I have not been refunded. I am very disappointed. Other than that, the phone was not physically damaged, so they are careful when shipping.
