    I have been in contact with seller since before purchase. I purchased the item because it was a local pickup & I needed it right away. I tried to pick up the day I purchased & seller said no. I asked if they would leave it out for porch pick up, I only live 15 minutes away. They said no. I asked to pick up on Saturday afternoon, was told they were going out of town for the holiday & would be gone for a week. I have requested a refund since day of purchase since pickup was unavailable.
