    Bait-and-switch listing — Gen-1 Hestan Cue pan passed off as Cue-enabled Seller’s photos and description were lifted from Hestan’s website showing and describing newer Cue pan that works with Cue-enabled induction cooktops. What arrived is the older Gen-1 pan — the bottom literally says “Use exclusively with Hestan Cue cooktop.” It cannot pair with Café/GE Precision. This is false advertising that wasted my time and money.

    I'm really sorry the pan isn't pairing with your GE Precision cooktop. The product description on the box indicates that it works specifically with the "Hestan Cue induction burner," so it may not be compatible with GE systems, as they are different brands. I also want to apologize for any confusion caused by the pictures. It was never my intention to provide incorrect info. The pan was brand new in the box, so I used product images from Hestan’s website that matched the description on packaging
