The seller confirmed that it was and it clearly is not. I believe this item was a return to Amazon and sold second hand. The plastic bag the pillow was supposed to be in, was torn up and at the bottom of the box and the box was crushed and taped up many times over. Needless to say the pillow was just laying in a smashed box, a bit soiled and a slight odor to it.
