    The item is sold without any return policy. Unfortunately it started spooling tapes the moment i hooked it. It comes with a free 1 year warranty with 3rd party and the people on the other side are very rude an inexperienced. I called them and they immediately stated that it is due to the tapes I have. I can clearly see the deck even without a tape moving slowly and with breakages even without a tape loaded. The tech support stated it cannot be as tape will auto shut off. Wasted money ...
