    Item is exactly as described by this excellent and honest eBay Seller. USPS apparently lost the package after Seller tendered it to the post office, but subsequently found it and delivered the package. USPS failed to update tracking after the shipping label was created, very poor performance by the USPS, so if any other buyer experiences this issue please be aware that the Seller performed well, and that the USPS is the problem. 5-Star experience with this eBay Seller.
