Some quick comparison testing shows it to be well within what I expect of a Fluke meter (bang on accurate) Excellent seller, a pleasure to deal with.

Meters appear to be in near new condition; a tiny bit of cleaning with an IPA moistened paper towel removed the small amount of magic marker on the back covers. Built to the usual Fluke quality, and based on some quick comparisons to resistance standards and a bench voltmeter they appear to be well within calibration.
