The one I received was NOT in like new condition. It had marks all around, and the hand pad on the side was not flush like the opposite side. The screen was fine. I would call it “used condition. The DJI Pro Remote however is nice. The screen is bright and clear, even outside. I had trouble with the DJI RC being impossible to view in daylight, even with a shade. This remedies that I believe.
