- s***t (801)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem was packed poorly. Was in it's original box then put inside an extra large bag. The item came out of it's box (no sealing of box) and was flopping within the bag. When installing, one of the terminals broke off. It was either, A). defective from the factory, B). got damaged in shipping or C). broke while installing. I was just starting to install the nut onto the post when it broke so I'm assuming either A) or B) was the issue but it's all speculation. Suggest taping box closed next time.
