    The listing said it is unlocked. It is NOT. It was not accessible with TMobile. The company is not being helpful at all to return it. First I was told to send it back "to China" with no address. Then they sent me an address with no shipping label. I asked for a prepaid shipping label, as per Ebay, and was told that I should purchase it and when they receive the item they will reimburse me, which is not acceptable! I am still waiting for appropriate response from the seller.
