      Customer never wanted send it back for full refund, never wanted provide photo of web page so I could help step by step but just left this feedback. Customer never answered to questions, for example which sim card is using? If sim card is topped up with credit? Otherwise it won't connect to internet if balance is zero. Very strange case, never returned it for full refund, very strange, why not to return for FULL refund?
