    I SUPER appreciate the level of communication: he let me know that my order would ship within a few days, and provided tracking after it shipped. My Porter bag is exactly as described - authentic, new with tags. There was no protective padding, but the FedEx mailing envelope was thick, and also sealed at one end so the bag was not at risk of being damaged while opening the mailer. Saved a lot of money by ordering my Porter bag from Kasagumo eBay rather than from reigningchamp.com!
