I was hesitant as it’s pretty scary sending off an irreplaceable car component to a strange company on eBay for £100. The next morning I had a call from a human (a rare experience these days), explaining how it works and arranging for a postal collection. I then received text updates throughout. Was back safe & all working with a warranty within a week!
