I spoke to several Fed Ex service reps, who informed me "ONLY THE SHIPPER" could authorized the change. I finally spoke to a Fed Ex Supervisior, who contacted the warehouse in my area, ( a few miles from my home) to allow me,to pick up this item. Thank you to the Fed Ex Supervisior for taking initiative to solve my issue.
